HOUSE RULES

• The use of a towel is mandatory. Hygiene is key at BodyFit.
• Wear closed shoes. The use of slippers or bare feet is not allowed.
• Tidy up used weights, bands, and other materials.
• Use headphones or earplugs when listening to your own music or during phone calls. Do not make loud phone calls.
• Behave respectfully towards staff and other people present in the gym.

In case of violation of these rules, BodyFit staff have the right to issue a warning and, if necessary, ask you to leave the premises.

CONTRACT TERMS

• Memberships are personal and non-transferable. Payments must be made on time.
• We accept credit card payments; a 5% surcharge applies.
• Please reschedule or cancel your Personal Training (PT) appointment at least 24 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the appointment, or in case of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
• Participants are responsible for consulting a physician prior to participation if they have medical conditions, injuries, or health risks.
• BodyFit is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by intent or gross negligence. In case of injury, please inform your personal trainer and/or the gym manager.
• Participants must use equipment correctly and respect the house rules of BodyFit.
• Personal data is used solely for administration, communication, and membership management and will be treated confidentially. Photos and videos taken during training sessions may be used for promotional purposes with permission.
• This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the Caribbean Netherlands (BES). Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Bonaire.
• Children under 12 are not allowed in the gym. Children aged 12–16 are only allowed with a family plan.
• Members agree to pay for any damage they cause to BodyFit’s premises or equipment, or to the belongings of other gym members.
